Clark Construction Group, LLC (Clark) is committed to promote the growth of skilled labor, and the use of registered apprenticeship programs. Clark and our current subcontractors, John J. Kirlin, LLC, Dynalectric Corporation, and Harmon participates in registered apprenticeship programs, and Clark will work with all subcontractors in taking the steps necessary to implement recruitment programs that identify and prepare candidates for acceptance into apprenticeship programs. Additionally, through our Safety Training Program, we will enforce our strict safety policies.

Through apprenticeship programs, Clark helps employees develop the necessary skills to become skilled craftsmen, and anticipates that more than 60% of the value of the trade work will initially be awarded to entities utilizing registered apprenticeship programs.

Apprenticeship programs make a long lasting impact on the community, and Clark understands that continuing to develop our work force is critical to the prosperity of the local communities, and survival of our industry.
